31.08.56 Neurosurgery
The residency is aimed at training a neurosurgeon capable of providing specialized care to patients with diseases and injuries of the central and peripheral nervous system. The program encompasses both planned and emergency neurosurgical practice, including oncologic, vascular, traumatic, and degenerative pathologies. Key areas of training include: interpreting neuroimaging findings (MRI, CT, angiography); performing surgical interventions on the brain, spinal cord, spine and peripheral nerves; management of patients in intensive care units, participation in preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation; prevention of complications, participation in multidisciplinary consiliums, research and expert activities.
