The residency program is aimed at training a physiotherapist who is proficient in the use of preformed and natural therapeutic factors in the prevention, treatment and medical rehabilitation of patients. The program focuses on restoration and compensation of impaired body functions in various diseases and injuries. Key areas of training include: Selecting and administering physical therapy procedures based on the patient's age, diagnosis and functional status; participation in early and late rehabilitation programs, restorative therapy, chronic and post-traumatic conditions; reducing the frequency of exacerbations and improving the quality of life of patients; application of methods in the prevention of disability and increase of adaptive capabilities of the organism.
