3.2.1 Hygiene

1. General hygiene. (General regularities of conditions and mechanisms of influence of environmental and industrial environment factors on human health). 2. Communal hygiene. (Studies of the influence of environmental factors on living conditions and public health, development of methodological approaches, hygienic standards in the atmospheric air of populated areas, residential and public buildings, in the water of water bodies, soil and improvement of preventive measures). 3. Labor hygiene and occupational pathology. (Study of the influence of labor activity and factors of industrial environment on the organism of workers, development of hygienic standards and preventive measures to ensure professional longevity and prevention of occupational diseases). 4. Hygiene of children and adolescents. (Study of the influence of environmental factors, training and education on the body of children, adolescents and young people, the development of preventive measures aimed at protecting and strengthening their health, harmonious growth and development, contributing to the processes of socialization of personality and career guidance). 5. Nutrition hygiene. Epidemiology of nutrition of different population groups and assessment of health risk factors. Sanitary and epidemiologic supervision of nutrition. Quality and safety of food products, their influence on the human body. (Study of the influence of natural and technogenic risk factors, conditions of activity and everyday life on the health of the population, persons of dangerous professions and personnel of the Armed Forces in emergency situations and in wartime. Development of hygienic standards, requirements and measures aimed at improving performance, combat capability, health and life support). 10. Information-analytical hygiene. (Systems of assessment of social hygienic and informational monitoring in risk management of development of ecologically conditioned, socially significant and occupational diseases.
