1. Studying the prevalence, risk factors, etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatic diseases. 2. Study of clinical, genotypic and phenotypic manifestations of rheumatic diseases using genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics (omics technologies), as well as biological imaging and functional diagnostics methods. 3. Improvement of immunologic and molecular-biologic diagnostics of rheumatic diseases in adults and children at different stages of development. 4. Studying the mechanisms of action, efficacy and safety of drugs and non-medication methods of treatment of rheumatic diseases in adults and children. 5. Development of a personalized model of specialized medical care for patients with rheumatic diseases and polymorbidity. 6. Scientific substantiation of the system of physical, psychological, psychotherapeutic and social rehabilitation of adults and children with rheumatic diseases. 7. Study of the prevalence and peculiarities of the course of rheumatic diseases, improvement of technologies of their prevention and treatment in the indigenous and native population in the Far North and equated areas.
