1. study of etiology and pathogenesis of diseases of internal organs: respiration, cardiovascular system, digestion, kidneys, connective tissue and joints in all variety of their manifestations and combinations. 2. study of clinical and pathophysiological manifestations of pathology of internal organs using clinical laboratory, radiation, immunologic, genetic, pathomorphologic, biochemical and other methods of research. 3. Improvement of laboratory, instrumental and other methods of examination of therapeutic patients, improvement of diagnostic and differential diagnostics of diseases of internal organs. 4. studying the mechanisms of action, effectiveness and safety of drugs and non-medicamentous methods of action. 5. Improvement and optimization of therapeutic measures and prevention of occurrence or exacerbation of diseases of internal organs. 6. Systems of intellectual analysis of epidemiological, clinical data, results of laboratory and instrumental studies in the development of new approaches in diagnosis and treatment. Digitalization of processes, artificial intelligence, neural networks in clinical practice. 7. Study of the prevalence and peculiarities of the course of diseases of internal organs, improvement of technologies of their prevention and treatment in the indigenous and native population in the Far North and equated areas. 8. Improvement of methods of personalization of treatment on the basis of introduction of patient-oriented approach in clinical practice.
