22.04.01 Materials science and material technology
Training on this program will allow acquiring unique and in-demand competencies in the field of modern additive technologies in medicine. Students of the program are actively involved in innovative projects to create orthopedic products, frameworks and implants using 3D printing, participate in the development of anatomical 3D models for educational purposes and preoperative training, as well as master the technology of bioprinting organs and tissues. What makes the program special is the integration of knowledge from a variety of scientific disciplines and industries, including cell biology, medicine, biomaterials, physics, mathematics, and engineering. As a result, graduates of the program possess not only a fundamental understanding of the principles and applications of additive technologies, but also three-dimensional modeling skills, work confidently with specialized software, and demonstrate advanced technical and creative thinking.
