32.08.02 Food hygiene

The residency program is aimed at training a physician in nutrition hygiene, capable of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. The program covers the control over the quality of food products, conditions of their storage, preparation and sale, as well as the prevention of nutrition-related diseases. Key areas of training include: sanitary and hygienic examination of food objects; assessment of the nutritional value and safety of products; participation in the formation of nutritional rations for various population groups; implementation of preventive and educational programs on healthy nutrition.
