The residency program is aimed at training an orthopedic dentist capable of restoring the anatomical form, function and aesthetics of teeth, tooth rows and jaws using various prosthetic designs. The program covers methods of diagnosis, fabrication and fixation of removable and fixed prostheses, prevention of occlusion disorders and temporomandibular joint functions. Key areas of training include: restoration of the size, shape and position of teeth; selection and placement of crowns, bridges and braces, veneers, caps; participation in complex rehabilitation of patients with severe dental defects; prevention of sports injuries of the dento-mandibular system.
