The residency program is aimed at training a dentist-surgeon who provides both emergency and planned dental care. The program covers surgical treatment of diseases of the dentoalveolar system and soft tissues of the oral cavity. Key areas of training include: extracting teeth of varying complexity, treating odontogenic inflammatory processes, opening abscesses, resection of root tips; performing outpatient surgical interventions using modern anesthetic and antiseptic approaches; participation in postoperative management of patients and preparation for implantation; interaction with orthopedists, therapists and maxillofacial surgeons within the framework of complex dental treatment.
