The residency program is aimed at training a dentist-therapist who is proficient in the diagnosis and conservative treatment of dental and periodontal diseases. The program focuses on the development of clinical reasoning and problem solving in outpatient practice. Key areas of training include: diagnosis of caries, pulpitis, periodontitis, oral mucosal diseases; application of modern treatment techniques using filling materials, microscopy, laser and physiotherapeutic technologies; participation in planning complex treatment together with surgeons and orthopedists; preventive care and dispensary monitoring of dental patients.
