The residency program is aimed at training a general practitioner capable of comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and dynamic follow-up of patients with internal medicine, including comorbid and severe pathology. The program covers the full spectrum of therapeutic conditions requiring a multidisciplinary approach and clinically sound management tactics. Key areas of training include: interpretation of ECG, echocardiography, ultrasound, chest and abdominal CT, endoscopic and puncture studies; evaluation and correction of laboratory parameters in complex diagnostic cases; development of an individual treatment plan and control of the effectiveness of therapy; mastering the algorithms of emergency care in life-threatening conditions of the therapeutic profile.
