31.08.41 Medical and social expertise
The residency is aimed at training a physician with competence in conducting medical and social expert assessment and determining the needs of the examined person in social protection measures, including rehabilitation and habilitation. The program covers legal, clinical-functional and socio-hygienic aspects of expert activity in the system of state service of medical and social expert assessment. Key areas of training include: carrying out the assessment of persistent disorder of body functions and the degree of limitation of life activity; Establishing disability groups, determining professional suitability and the degree of loss of working capacity; formation of an individual rehabilitation or habilitation program; interaction with social, insurance and medical structures in order to provide comprehensive support to the patient.
