The residency program is aimed at training a gastroenterologist with professional competencies in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the digestive system. The program is focused on the formation of clinical reasoning skills, individual selection of therapy and assessment of its effectiveness and safety. Key areas of training include: - providing medical care in planned and emergency form; - differential diagnosis using laboratory, endoscopic and imaging methods; - organization and control of medical rehabilitation and dispensary monitoring; - participation in medical and statistical analysis and preventive work among the population.
