31.08.22 Psychotherapy

The residency is aimed at training a psychotherapist capable of providing medical care to patients with mental disorders, behavioral disorders and adaptation disorders within the framework of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation. The program includes mastering the methods of clinical psychodiagnosis, individual and group psychotherapy, psychopharmacotherapy and counseling, taking into account the biopsychosocial approach and principles of evidence-based medicine. Key areas of training include: Diagnosis: assessing patients' mental status using structured interviews, psychometric scales, and psychological testing. Psychotherapeutic care: conducting cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, existential, body-oriented and other areas of psychotherapy in individual and group forms. Complex treatment: development and implementation of therapy programs that include a combination of psychotherapeutic, pharmacological and sociotherapeutic approaches. Rehabilitation: management of patients with chronic and recurrent disorders, participation in psychosocial adaptation and re-socialization programs. Prevention: conducting educational and counseling work aimed at preventing the formation of mental disorders and increasing stress resistance.
