31.08.05 Clinical laboratory diagnostics

The residency program is aimed at the formation of a competent specialist capable of performing, organizing and interpreting laboratory studies of the third (high) category of complexity, ensuring analytical reliability at each stage. In the process of training mastered: Carrying out a wide range of studies - hematological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, molecular-biological, etc.; Work with modern laboratory equipment - automated analyzers, PCR-diagnostic systems, ELISA and mass spectrometry technologies; Ensuring quality and reliability of results - internal quality control, validation of methods, work according to international standards; Laboratory process organization - personnel management, sample logistics, digitalization of the laboratory service; Clinical interpretation of results - participation in multidisciplinary consiliums, interaction with attending physicians to clarify the diagnosis; Biological and information security - handling of biomaterials, protection of personal data, compliance with sanitary norms.
